At KAT Communications, we are proud of the quality of our service. Unlike many communications providers, we are focused on taking a personal approach to everything we do. We have many long standing partners who have stayed with us due to the fully account managed service they receive.
Our Mission: ‘To help small to medium sized businesses by sparing them the expense and frustration of managing their own telecoms by becoming their own personal telecoms department.’
KAT Communications are an all in one communications specialist, providing end to end telecoms – mobile voice and data, fixed line, broadband, phone systems, virtual phone numbers (01/02/03/0800/0844 etc), lone worker safety and asset tracking solutions to businesses across the UK.
The philosophy of the business, is one where we aim to provide the ‘best results’ for our clients, whether that be in terms of increasing productivity, solving problems, reducing carbon footprint, complying to Health and Safety regulations or making the business more profitable. It is this philosophy that have helped us to become a finalist in the Doncaster Chamber Business Awards 2010, and that has led us to becoming the first local company to be awarded the Doncaster Rovers Approved Communications partner for all their supporters.
At KAT we recognise most companies see communications as a necessary evil taking up valuable time and effort . Our aim is to ‘remove that evil’ by providing a stress free experience backed up by our extensive knowledge and expertise. That is what KAT stands for – Knowledge About Telecoms.
KAT Communications approach to the market is one of total independence. We do not just offer or rely on 1 network, one size doesn’t fit all. As well as having our own billing platform offering our own products and services we also have relationships with each of the 5 major business mobile networks and service providers as well as a host of leading landline, broadband, asset tracking and lone worker providers throughout the UK.
